About Sarnail
I am a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), working as a Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in concierge-level real estate and business brokerage services. My focus is on the sale and acquisition of commercial assets, including retail plazas, industrial properties, hotels, gas stations, and both franchise and non-franchise businesses.
Backed by an in-house database of over 10,000 qualified buyers, investors, and strategic partners, I develop tailored marketing strategies for each assignment and facilitate smooth, confidential, and well-structured transactions. My work centers on helping clients maximize value while managing risk, and I regularly work with both local and international investors, connecting capital to high-yield opportunities across Ontario.
Education is an integral part of my practice. I serve as a Workshop Leader with the CCIM Institute and deliver commercial real estate and business sale courses at the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and through brokerages across the region. I also facilitate the Commercial Real Estate Simulation Program at Humber Polytechnic, helping learners apply real-world concepts in a structured environment. I am passionate about supporting professionals transitioning into commercial real estate and elevating the overall standard of practice in the industry.
